1. Acceptance of Terms
Aikya’s Client Portal (“Portal”) is provided by Aikya Investment Management Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 12329682 (“Aikya”). By accessing and using the Portal you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Portal.
2. Access and Use
2.1. The Portal is a password-protected area accessible only to authorised users. Each authorised user has unique login credentials.
2.2. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
2.3. Unauthorised access or attempted access to the Portal is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Portal Information:
3.1 The information contained on the Portal has been compiled with care to ensure its accuracy at the date of publication. But no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made to its accuracy or completeness. Any opinions expressed should not be construed as investment advice, and are subject to change without notice. Past performance is not indicative of future performance. Aikya does not guarantee or provide any assurance that our investment capabilities will achieve any target, objective or return on capital.
3.2 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the information provided on the Portal, and in the materials published on it issued by Aikya. Those works are protected by laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any trademarks that appear on this website without the written consent of Aikya.
3.3 Certain information on the Portal may be considered a general marketing communication and will not have been prepared considering any particular investor’s investment objectives, financial situation or needs. You should not rely upon it or use it to form the definitive basis for any decision, contract, commitment or action whatsoever, with respect to any proposed transaction or otherwise. Prior to making any investment decision, you are advised to thoroughly and carefully review all available company information and offering documentation. No information on the Portal constitutes an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any security or instrument. 3.4 Information on the Portal is confidential and proprietary, is intended for the relevant authorised users only and not intended for general distribution or publication. You agree to use this information solely for its intended business purposes.
3.5 You must not copy, share, distribute, replicate, post, transmit, publish, display, reproduce or otherwise disclose any information obtained through the Portal to third parties without prior written consent of Aikya.
3.6 You must promptly notify Aikya (contact details provided under (11) below) if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure of information from the Portal.
4. Security Obligations
4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and ensuring that your access to the Portal is protected against unauthorised use.
4.2. You must use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality and security of any information accessed through the Portal.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Portal.
5.3. Any misuse of the Portal, including unauthorised access, data breaches, or attempts to circumvent security measures, may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aikya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Portal, including use of the information contained in the Portal. This disclaimer extends to any entity that receives the information contained on the Portal.
7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aikya from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. Aikya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the Portal.
8.2. Continued use of the Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
9.1. Aikya reserves the right to deny your access to the Portal , or immediately to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal, or to disable any username or password (whether chosen by you or allocated by us) at any time (in our sole discretion).
9.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Portal and return or destroy any confidential information obtained through it, except where such information must be retained for the purpose of complying with regulation.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
